What you get
One rune at random:

Who can do it
- Mortal only. Patrulha lets you in from level 340 to 399.
- The Molar works at Mortal level 350 or higher. Keep 1 free bag slot.
- One Molar per character.
Step 1: Go to Patrulha
Click the ! button in the main menu, then Next, then Molar. The chat says "Teleported to Molar." You stand next to Patrulha.
Step 2: Defeat the Gargula Inf
Talk to Patrulha to enter the gargoyle room. Only the Gargula Inf drops the Molar. The Gargula Servo does not.
Step 3: Right-click the Molar
Right-click Gargoyle's Molar in your bag. The chat says "You received: Rune HP 5pct." (or your rune).
NOTE: The Molar's tooltip says level 201 to 205. That text is old: the real rule is Mortal level 350+.
Step 4: Turn the rune on
Open your equipment window and click the RUNAS tab on its side. Right-click the rune and click Confirm on "Habilitar Rune ...? Rune system skill".
Do it again
A second Molar says "You have already completed this quest." Give the rune to the GodGovernment in Noatum to open the quest again. This one does not count as a Mortal Reset: https://wydlor2.xyz/guides.php?id=64
