WYD – Return of Legends aims to provide a fair and enjoyable gaming experience. We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for requesting refunds.

1. General Policy

All purchases of Dragon Coins, in-game packages, and virtual items are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• You did not receive the items you purchased due to a technical error on our side.
• You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
• You accidentally purchased the wrong item and contact us within 24 hours.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase.
• You must provide your character name, order number (or PayPal/Stripe transaction ID), and a clear description of the issue.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for abuse of the system or for any reason at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Items that have been used, applied, or consumed in-game.
• Items that have been transferred to another character or account.
• Special event or promotional items are final sale.
• Any virtual currency (Dragon Coins) that has been spent.

4. How to Request a Refund

2. Provide your in-game name, order details, and reason for the refund.
3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
4. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or, at our discretion, as Dragon Coins.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be permanently suspended, and you will lose access to all purchased items and services.
